Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Final Sale Items: Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please include a clear photo of the issue when contacting us. We will assess the problem and provide options for resolving the situation.

True North Work & Promo Inc. – Limited Warranty Statement (CSA-Approved Work Boots)

True North Work & Promo Inc., on behalf of the manufacturers we represent, warrants that CSA-approved work boots purchased through True North or an authorized distributor are free from defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

What’s Covered

• Premature failure of stitching, eyelets, or hardware under normal industrial use
• Separation of outsole from upper
• Failure or cracking of safety toe or protective components
• Material defects in leather, upper, or lining that affect performance
• Defects in CSA protective features as supplied by the manufacturer

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scuffing, cuts, abrasions, sole wear)
• Damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper care, or exposure to chemicals/oils beyond product specs
• Damage caused by heat, welding spatter, or non-standard work environments
• Odour, comfort, or fit-related concerns
• Boots purchased from non-authorized sellers or second-hand

Warranty Conditions (Must Be Provided)
 To process a claim, the customer must submit:

1. Clear photo of the defect (close-up and full boot if possible)
2. Photo of the size/production tag on the inside of the tongue (must be readable)
3. Proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase
4. Brief description of use and how defect occurred

Claims submitted without photos of both the defect and the tongue tag will not be processed.

Remedy
 At the discretion of True North and/or the manufacturer, an approved claim will result in repair, replacement with a comparable model, or credit to the selling distributor. Cash refunds are issued only by the original seller according to their policies.

Exclusions / Rights

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and within 6 months of purchase.
• This warranty does not cover product used beyond its reasonable service life for the application.
• True North and the manufacturer reserve the right to inspect and deny claims that show abuse, excessive wear, or non-manufacturing-related damage.
